Working with Chris at Legacy Coach was like working with a magic genie. We would casually mention a feature we would like to have in our coach and he would magically make it happen. No matter how many phone calls we made to ask questions, get measurements, verify colors, or ask for one more picture Chris was always accommodating and patient. We originally were concerned that distance would be a hindrance to our collaboration (we live in Georgia) but with email and many phone calls we were able to keep the communication lines open. We spoke almost daily and Chris sent updates at every stage of the conversion. Chris and his staff ultimately provided us with the coach of our dreams. We couldn’t have asked for a better finished product. The craftsmanship is perfection. The attention to detail was undeniable. From the granite window seals to the etching on the light switch covers, they didn’t miss a thing. Collaborating with Chris was an adventure we will never forget. After delivery of our coach Chris continues to be available to answer any questions we might have.
